I studied telecommunication engineering in university. However, my career in software engineering began about five years ago as a self-learner while completing my undergraduate program in Nigeria. My love for software engineering drove me to focus and teach myself during that time. Rather than see challenges as obstacles, I leveraged them as opportunities to grow, improve my skillset, and expand my worth.
Since starting the career, I have contributed to four successful startups, mastered four programming languages, explored multiple libraries and worked on over 16 projects across 5+ sectors.

Remember I mentioned that I am a bibliophile? Yea, that’s correct. Reading is a core part of my daily life. From financial, self-help, leadership, business to marriage books, I strive to read and digest as much as I can from the knowledge of other people. I believe reading is one of the best way to explore the world, learn from the experience of experts and develop ourselves and mindset.
Some of my favorite books are: Rich Dad Poor Dad, 48 Laws of Power, The Richest Man in Babylon, Lean Startup, Design Details, and Stillness is Key amongst others!
Outside coding and reading books, one major part of my life is swimming. Swimming is one thing I do for fun, to relax my muscle after hours of coding and debugging. I am convinced that swimming is one of the best hobby and sport out there. I do hope to become an olympic swimmer one day (fingers crossed🤞🏽).
